Cutting Unit
• Main inverter-controlled motor rated at 18.5 kW (higher power available upon request).
• Electronic flywheel speed control via the operator control panel.
• Continuously variable cutting speed from 20 to 40 m/s, depending on the material and blade type used.
• Overload control system that:
o Monitors the saw motor load.
o Automatically reduces feed speed in the event of overload (for example, due to a worn or distorted blade).
o Optimizes productivity and operational safety.
Blade Guide System
• Heavy-duty blade guides supporting the blade on both sides.
• Back-up rollers ensure correct blade positioning on the flywheels, even under demanding operating conditions.
